Operating in the crowded space of workplace design, Designrock wanted to find a new way to connect with – and tell its story – to customers.
Through our collaborative MessagingDeck process, we worked with founding directors Dan and Susie Newman Turner to capture their company’s USPs; define customer personas; and identify how the business adds value to a diverse group of stakeholders.
This process enabled us to create finely-tuned content for use on sales collateral, the web and the wider media.
