Internal communications toolkit drives commitment to customer excellence

Working alongside Greenlite’s Board, Content Coms developed The Greenlite Experience:  a pledge to be outstanding at all times.

Given to every member of the team, this staff ‘bible’ uses a jargon-free tone to establish an expectation on every aspect of customer service, including guidance for those times when things happen outside of the plan.
