Catherine A’Bear
Head of Business Operations
Catherine takes care of the operations side of the business and heads up the delivery of large and special projects.
She brings a vast wealth of experience to our team. This includes 30+ years direct experience at a Senior Management level across a broad range of disciplines, including strategy development, business development, corporate affairs, external and internal content-led communications, and media management.
Catherine has also held non-exec directorship positions within the NHS and a housing association and is currently Chair of Dementia Carers Count, a national charity which supports family carers of people with dementia.
She is Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Commerce and Manufactures.
