Sian Clay

Sian brings an impressive combination of academic and industry experience into the Content Coms mix. With an MSc of Management in CSR and Sustainability from the University of Bristol, Sian previously worked with an internationally recognised bakery to build a carbon report and net zero plan for an SME pilot scheme. The award-winning plan claimed the title of Best Medium-sized Business Carbon Reduction Plan from the Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme. Now, she’s using her sector knowledge to help clients ‘think bigger and look closer’ on their sustainability journeys.

Born and raised in beautiful South Wales, Sian is an all-around nature lover. When not in the office, she can be found happily plodding along a trail, learning to surf, painting, or reading a book.
