Recirc Energy is one of the UK’s leaders in wastewater heat recovery. As an engineering-led business, their team knew their technical subject inside out. But, they struggled to clearly articulate their value proposition and positioning.
Using our Messaging Deck process, we ran a highly effective one-day workshop that untangled Recirc’s thinking and translated it into a clear, compelling narrative. We simplified and clarified their core offer into three distinct pillars – consultancy, projects and technology. Next, we introduced a bolder, more confident tone of voice into their communications and messaging.
