Putting sustainability & ESG 'centre stage' with the UK's leading lighting manufacturers
Our CEO Joanna Watchman – a regular speaker and commentator on sustainability and ESG – took a central role at the Lighting Industry Association’s (LIA) Annual Members’ Luncheon. Held at the stunning Drapers’ Hall in the City of London, this annual gathering brings together over 200 industry leaders, professionals, and esteemed guests from all corners of the lighting community.
Sharing a stage with keynote speaker one of her sustainability heroes, Lord Deben, Chair of the Climate Change Committee, Jo was honoured to be invited to lead the LIA’s ‘Big Conversation’ – a format she conceived for the LIA – alongside fellow Special Guest, Andrew Bissell, Past President of the Society of Light & Lighting.
What next? Joanna has been asked to chair the LIA’s Emergency Lighting Competency Framework event later this year.
