Leading the conversations that matter: Our MD steers ICEL Conference for third year in a row
Building safety is a core focus area for our team. Our MD, Joanna Watchman, who is a passionate advocate for better buildings, has chaired the Lighting Industry Association’s (LIA) ICEL Emergency Lighting Conference for three consecutive years.
An experienced facilitator and Chair, Joanna guided the conversations, curated the flow, and set the tone for a full programme of industry insight and collaboration. Her expertise in ESG and sustainability communications has been highly praised by attendees in 2023 and 2024, and the 2025 event was no exception.
ICEL is a major event in the building services calendar. It brings together more than 250 key stakeholders from across the emergency lighting supply chain — from manufacturer to occupier.
