Content Coms bolsters wellbeing at work with Menopause Workplace Pledge
Content Coms has signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge set up by the registered charity Wellbeing of Women.
The charity encourages all employers to commit to supporting staff through menopause by:
- Recognising that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women need support
- Talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
- Actively supporting and informing your employees affected by the menopause
If people affected by menopause feel supported at work, it can help to increase staff retention, reduce recruitment costs, improve productivity, happiness and wellbeing, and ensure a more diverse workforce. So, this benefits your employees, your business, and is evidence of your commitment to your ESG goals.
