Content Coms publishes 6th consecutive Climate & Social Impact Report
Content Coms has released its 2025 Climate & Social Impact Report during B Corp Month, which covers our last financial year (up to 30.09.25). We’re incredibly proud to share our sixth consecutive update, giving a clear snapshot of what we’ve achieved over the past year across people, planet, and business impact.
Key achievements for 2025
- 84.5% of our revenue came from sustainable energy and clean technology clients
- 0% of our revenue came from carbon-intensive industries
- We invested 200+ hours in anti-greenwash initiatives, including the second edition of our free Anti-Greenwash Playbook, webinars, and training
- We became an Accredited Living Wage Employer
- We dedicated 3.45% of staff costs to volunteering, including mentoring schoolchildren and supporting Dementia Carers Count
- We were named a finalist for Communications Agency of the Year at the edie Net Zero Awards, recognising our work in the greenwash space
Supporting our people and communities
We also strengthened our social commitments by becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer. By making a public commitment to fair pay, we hope to open up and continue conversations around workplace pay, especially during these tough times.
A significant impact this year was our commitment to delivering impact through staff volunteering. During our reporting year, 3.45% of staff costs were attributed to volunteering. This included team members spending time mentoring local schoolchildren and supporting Dementia Carers Count, a charity helping the UK’s growing number of dementia carers feel less alone.
Award-winning work
Content Coms has been recognised for delivering impactful work. The Energy Advice Hub, managed by us for our long-term client Sustainable Energy First, won Best Content Series at the 2025 UK Content & PR Awards. We were also a finalist for Communications Agency of the Year at the edie Net Zero Awards for our work in the greenwash space. We have calculated that we have spent 200+ hours on creating free greenwash training and resources.
Big impacts, shorter story!
As a B Corp and early signatory to the Creative Climate Disclosure, we want to share our progress – the highs, the challenges, and the lessons – in a clear, accessible way.
The format of our 2025 report offers something new for readers. Mindful of increasingly short attention spans, this year’s report takes a visual, infographic-style approach, designed to make complex sustainability and impact data easy to explore without losing the depth.
