Bristol PR agency continues support of the city’s artistic community

Bristol-based PR agency Content Coms is continuing its support of artists in the local area by sponsoring the popular Jamaica Street Artists’ Open Studio event, in Bristol, which will be held on 13-15 June, 2014.

Jamaica Street Artists (JSA) Studio, Stokes Croft, is one of the largest artist-led studios outside of London, representing an eclectic mix of fine artists, illustrators and filmmakers.

The event attracts scores of visitors each year and has become an essential part of the Bristol creative calendar. It gives a chance for members of the public to visit JSA’s striking art studio space and meet the artists involved.

One of JSA’s notable members is the talented fine artist and graphic designer, Onela Keal, who is the Content Coms’s design partner, and is responsible for the hand-drawn original artwork featured on the Content Coms website.

Joanna Watchman, Managing Director of Bristol PR agency Content Coms, commented:

“I have always been a hugely interested in the work of the Jamaica Street Artists and I am delighted to play a small role in helping Bristol’s vibrant artistic community flourish. The Open Studios weekend is always a pleasure to visit and I sincerely hope the event attracts the recognition it deserves.”
