Bristol PR firm improves client’s online profile
Content Communications, a Bristol-based B2B marketing firm, has used its search engine marketing expertise to develop an online strategy to deliver significant improvements to BMS consultancy and energy bureau firm Concept Energy’s organic Google search results.
Since beginning work with the energy consultants in Hampshire in November 2012, Content Coms has optimised each page of its client’s website to target popular and relevant search terms. The key search term “energy management company” has risen from being outside the first ten pages on Google to ranking at the top of page one and “energy monitoring and targeting” has climbed from page four to page one.
(Terms such as energy procurement, utility invoice validation and hospital energy management have also risen to page one)
Content Coms, an energy marketing specialist, re-wrote the metadata at the backend of Concept Energy’s website and created inbound and external links as part of the search engine optimisation process. The Content Coms team also provides regular industry news for the site, generating interest from those in the energy industry.
Matthew Hyde, Online Content Specialist at Content Coms, says: “The last few months have seen various pages of the Concept Energy website start to score highly on Google. This should lead to increased traffic to the site and generate greater sales leads.”
He adds: “We are seeing a greater demand for search engine optimisation services and the provision of online dynamic content as the benefits of these practices become evident.”
