Historically, Ibstock’s communications were entirely product-focused, which is a typical approach for a manufacturing company. We recommended a strategic shift toward people-, planet-, and purpose-led storytelling. This richer, more human narrative not only strengthened employee engagement across internal channels but also provided valuable content for the PLC’s Annual and ESG Reports.
