In 2024, Content Coms celebrated a year of milestones and we’re excited to share this with you as our 2023/24 Climate Disclosure & Social Value Impact Report. As a B Corp Certified creative communications agency, we’re proud to have reached our 15th anniversary—a testament to our resilience and commitment to balancing purpose with profit. Notably, 0% of our revenue comes from carbon-intensive industries, underscoring our dedication to climate-conscious work. Our response to the climate emergency
As a business committed to driving change, we’ve continued to align our actions with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year, we mapped our carbon emissions and developed a Net Zero Roadmap.
Our global content platform, Work in Mind, celebrated six years of championing healthier workplace buildings. It remains a vital resource for raising awareness about creating spaces that benefit both people and the planet.
Partnerships and progress
One of this year’s highlights was selecting 1625 Independent People as our Charity Partner for 2025. Their work aligns with our focus on addressing societal challenges within the built environment.
We’re also incredibly proud of our team’s dedication to volunteering. Through our Staff Volunteering Policy, we’ve contributed to causes like Dementia Carers Count, local arts, education, and environmental conservation. These efforts demonstrate that even a small team can make a big difference.
Sharing knowledge and inspiring action
This year, we’ve doubled down on creating free resources to help organisations understand and act on the challenges of our time.
